YouTube back after brief outage; tweets 'thanks for your patience'

Google-owned YouTube said on Tuesday a widespread issue with some of its services has been resolved, almost two hours after several people took to social media to complain about broadcasting issues.
The video streaming service earlier said it was looking into reports about access issues with YouTube, YouTube TV and YouTube Music.
YouTube did not say what caused the outage.

Earlier, in a tweet, the company said it was aware of the problem affecting YouTube, YouTube TV and YouTube music.
It said: "Thanks for your reports about YouTube, YouTube TV and YouTube Music access issues. We're working on resolving this and will let you know once fixed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will keep you updated."
