Watch: Russia successfully test-launches new anti-ballistic missile

Russian Defence Ministry test-launched Russia's new anti-ballistic missile at Sary-Shagan testing range in Kazakhstan.

A video released by the ministry on Monday (April 2) showed anti-ballistic missile complex arriving at the range and missile being launched.

According to the ministry official, the new modernised anti-missile launch was successful.

The ministry said in a statement that the tested missile is already in service and used to protect the city of Moscow from potential attacks from air.
