The campaign for United States President Donald Trump on Wednesday released a new video on Twitter where Marvel Comic Universe’ supervillain Thanos was replaced by Trump in the now-famous climax scene of Avengers: Infinity War.

The creator of Thanos Jim Starlin expressed to The Hollywood Reporter that he initially felt violated at the use of his creation by the President to “stroke his infantile ego” and looking forward to the time the “national nightmare” will come to an end.
"After my initial feeling of being violated, seeing that pompous fool using my creation to stroke his infantile ego, it finally struck me that the leader of my country and the free world actually enjoys comparing himself to a mass murderer," Starlin said.
"How sick is that? These are sad and strange times we are going through. Fortunately, all things, even national nightmares, eventually come to an end," he added.
