In recent years, he has expressed skepticism about whether climate change is real, sometimes calling it a hoax.

US President Donald Trump said he believes "there's something there" regarding climate change, adding that it may be manmade or not and goes back and forth over years.

Trump made the comments on Monday in Macon, Georgia, as he toured areas damaged by Hurricane Michael and met victims and aid workers.

Trump was also asked whether the storms had made him reconsider his decision to withdraw the United States from the Paris climate change pact. He reiterated his opposition to the agreement, saying that participating in the pact would undermine the US economy.
