Already reputed for his inappropriate language, Phillippine's president Rodrigo Duterte has again come under fire for his recent comment about women.

According to media reports, the president ordered soldiers to "shoot female rebels in their genitals".

Duterete while addressing a group of former communist rebels on February 7th indicated that "women are useless without a vagina", he reportedly said that if there is no vagina, women would be "useless."

Duterete is known for his often violent and dyslogistic comments.

In 2016 at a campaign rally, Duterte told his supporters that as a mayor he thought he should have been first to rape Jacquiline Hamil, an Australian missionary who was gangraped and killed during the 1989 Davao hostage crisis.

"When the bodies were brought out, they were wrapped. I looked at her face, son of a bitch, she looks like a beautiful American actress. Son of a bitch, what a waste. What came to my mind was, they raped her, they lined up. Was I angry because she was raped? Yes, that's one thing. But she was so beautiful, I think the mayor should have been first. What a waste," he said.
