Three videos show what the U.S. Navy pilot saw in 2004 and 2015. Two of these videos were published by a media organisation in 2017. The other video was released by To the Stars Academy of Arts and Science group.

The video released by the Pentagon adds to the credibility of the videos and will increase speculation that humans have recently interacted with extra-terrestrials. The US Navy has its set of rules and regulations for reporting UFO sightings.

The former Senate Democratic leader Harry Reid, from Nevada, tweeted saying, “the video only scratches the surface of research and materials available.”
