North Korea held a mass rally on Saturday in Pyongyang to celebrate its leader Kim Jong-un's re-election as Chairman of the State Affairs Commission at First Session of the 14th Supreme People's Assembly (SPA) earlier this week.

In a video provided by the North's official news agency KCNA, thousands of people including the state's high-ranking officials, military officers and Pyongyang citizens were seen attending the rally at Kim Il Sung Square.
