Amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, First Lady of United States Melania Trump delivered her first-ever solo address to the nation.

In this address, she thanked and encouraged American students to support the government in this fight against the deadly coronavirus.

She appreciated the students for adapting to the new normal during and post-coronavirus.

"These changes were not easy, but you have been so strong and I am proud of the examples you have become," the first lady said in pre-recorded remarks during a CNN Coronavirus Town Hall.

Talking about staying indoors, she thanked students for not stepping outdoors and continuing their education from their houses.

So, thank you for helping your families, your friends, your communities and our country to stay healthy and safe during these unusual times," she added. "Thank you for keeping up your studies and learning in new ways."

She also urged students to develop habits of reading and spending time with their families.

She assured the public that President Donald Trump and her are providing their constant support for those in need. She urged students and public to have patience, compassion and care in these tough times.
