The New York's Manhattan subway station was evacuated on Friday.
According to local media reports, the station was shut down after two pressure cookers were found in the station. The New York police bomb squad arrived at the station after it was reported by a 911 caller.

"Bomb Squad has cleared the devices inside of Fulton Street subway station in Lower Manhattan. They are NOT explosive devices. Out of an abundance of caution, officers have searched nearby stations," NYPD counterterrorism informed on Twitter.

Meanwhile, police have advised passengers to avoid the Fulton Street subway station.
US law enforcement have been highly responsive to pressure cookers since a pair of ethnic Chechen brothers killed three people and injured more than 200 with two homemade pressure-cooker bombs at the 2013 Boston Marathon.
The Fulton Street station complex, close to the World Trade Center site, is served by about a dozen subway lines. Authorities warned of residual delays for commuters.
