Ivanka Trump says she believes father's denials of sexual misconduct

In an interview to a news channel, the daughter and adviser to the US President Donald Trump, Ivanka Trump has said that she believes the denials of her father on the accusations of sexual misconduct. 

She said that the question posed to her was "inappropriate" and added that as a daughter she had the right to believe her father. 

US President Donald Trump has been accused of sexual assault and sexual harassment including non-consensual kissing and groping by several women.

She also spoke about Donald Trump's proposal of arming teachers after the Florida gun attack where 17 people were killed.

She said that there was not a single solution for creating safety and that the solution needed to be discussed.

Ivanka Trump was interviewed in South Korea where she had gone to attend the closing ceremony of the Olympic Winter Games on behalf of US delegation. 

She reached South Korea on Friday to attend the closing ceremony on February 25.

A media report said that Ivanka had assured that she would utilise her time in South Korea to convince North Korea to stop its nuclear program.
