Islamic State claims responsibility for New York truck attack, gives no evidence

Islamic State has claimed responsibility for the truck attack in New York City that killed eight people on Tuesday, news reports said Friday.
Reuters reported Islamic State as saying in its weekly Al-Naba newspaper that "the attacker is one of the caliphate soldiers".
Reuters added that Islamic State did not provide any evidence to support its claim.
