Golden Globes 2018: The complete list of winners

Sunday night (Monday morning in India) opened to a glamorous awards show, a first of this year, with Hollywood walking the red carpet in black attire in support of victims of abuse and sexual harassment -- after it was exposed last year that the entertainment industry was one of the biggest ill-treating networks for women. 

Along with their attire, the award show saw celebs talk about abuse, harassment at work and how to find a solution for it to go away.

The Golden Globe winners also gave strong statements in support of the #MeToo movement among other things. 

In the film categories, the big winner was Martin McDonagh’s "Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri" which took home four awards: Best Motion Picture — Drama, Best Screenplay, Best Actress in a Motion Picture — Drama (Frances McDormand ), and Best Supporting Actor (Sam Rockwell).

"Lady Bird", directed by Greta Gerwig, was also a notable winner as it took home two awards, for Best Motion Picture — Comedy and Best Actress in a Motion Picture — Comedy (Saoirse Ronan).

In the TV categories, HBO’s "Big Little Lies" came out on top, winning four awards, for Best Television Limited Series, Best Actress in a Limited Series (Nicole Kidman), Best Supporting Actress in a Limited Series (Laura Dern), and Best Supporting Actor in a Limited Series (Alexander Skarsgard).

"The Handmaid’s Tale" also made it big by winning Best Television Series — Drama and Best Actress in a Television Series — Drama. (Elisabeth Moss).

The "Marvelous Ms. Maisel" rounded up the winners' list by winning Best Television Series — Comedy and Best Actress in Television Series — Comedy (Rachel Brosnahan).
