Popular singer Celine Dion who was supposed to perform this March through April in Las Vegas on different dates has now cancelled her show owing to a medical reason.

The singer in a detailed Facebook post explained that she won't be able to perform as a middle ear condition has worsened for her -- making it near to impossible for her to sing during concerts. She has been suffering from a condition called Patulous Eustachian tube, “which causes hearing irregularities, and makes it extremely difficult to sing.” While she’s been minimizing the effects of ear drop medications, Dion now must undergo a “minimally invasive surgical procedure.”

In the statement, she wrote: “My luck hasn’t been very good lately... I’ve been so looking forward to doing my shows again and this happens…. I just can’t believe it!”

She was to perform in the months of March and April at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace Las Vegas. Prior to this, she had cancelled two shows in January as a result of a lingering cold.
