Tesla's CEO Elon Musk and California's Alameda County officials have resolved their standoff over the opening of Fremont factory. According to the officials, Musk will be allowed to resume his production as early as Monday.

The Alameda County confirmed about the deal in a tweet and asked the company to take few safety steps "in preparation for possible reopening as soon as next week."

Tesla did not immediately comment Wednesday, but about the same time the county issued its statement, Musk tweeted: "Life should be lived."

The county has stated that it would work with police "to verify Tesla is adhering to physical distancing and that agreed-upon health and safety measures are in place for the safety of their workers as they prepare for full production."
Alameda County of California had put all the non-essential businesses on hold, including Tesla's Fremont factory. To which Musk threatened to move out his factory from California if not allowed to begin production.
Musk's at the point also vowed to defy the officials and begin the production after putting out a series of tweet.
This move earned him the support of many Republicans, including Donald Trump himself.
US President Donald Trump had supported Tesla CEO Elon Musk in his tussle with California's Alameda County officials over the reopening of his Fremont factory.
Trump took to Twitter to show his support to Elon Musk. He tweeted: "California should let Tesla & @elonmusk open the plant, NOW. It can be done Fast & Safely!"
Few in Trump administration have also come in support of Musk, Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin told a local media channel that the State (California) authorities should work harder to reopen the local economy. Mnuchin went on to call Musk as one of the biggest employers and manufacturers in California and should prioritize to solve the issues so that Tesla could resume its operations.
Governor Gavin Newsom also supported Musk calling it "county-led enforcement". Musk responded to Newsom and thanked him via tweet.
