Bus erupts in flames on Sydney Harbour Bridge

Passengers traveling on a bus across the Sydney Harbour Bridge on Friday (November 2) were lucky to escape after the bus caught fire on the iconic Sydney landmark.

According to local broadcaster, Network Seven, the bus was believed to be carrying 26 people from a wedding party when it caught fire late on Friday night.

All the passengers escaped unharmed, as emergency service personnel closed three lanes of the bridge to extinguish the blaze.
