Biden to visit community leaders in Delaware amid US protests

Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden is scheduled to meet with community leaders in Wilmington, Delaware, a day after visiting a nearby site after protests rocked the area.

There were protests across cities in the United States country over race and policing sparked by the death of a black man, George Floyd, in Minneapolis police

George Floyd's death raised an outcry over excessive police force and racism.

Biden had said earlier that protesting against police brutality was necessary "but burning down communities and needless destruction is not."

Biden will also speak to US mayors.
