Not a long ago people of London got a kick out of giant Donald Trump baby balloon flying over Parliament, now they will see another blimp on September 1 and this time it will be of London's mayor Sadiq Khan which will fly over Westminster.

Over 3,000 people in London have raised £58,182 for the 29ft-long for the yellow-bikini wearing "baby Khan" blimp through the website crowdfunder.co.uk. The balloon will fly over Parliament Square for two hours from 9:30 to 11:30 am as a response to the Trump Baby balloon that London mayor had permitted to fly in July during US President's visit to the UK.

The Greater London Authority (GLA) city operation team has also given permission to fly the blimp over Parliament Square.

The anti-Khan campaign -- Make London Safe Again -- is launched by self-described free speech advocate Yanny Bruere.

The fundraising page reads, "In light of the Donald trump 'baby Trump' balloon being allowed to fly over London during his visit to the UK, let's get a 'baby Khan' one and see if free speech applies to all".

"Under Sadiq Khan, we have seen crime skyrocket to unprecedented levels, people in London don't feel safe and they aren't safe." page reads.

Meanwhile, responding to the reports Sadiq Khan has said that "if people want to spend their Saturday looking at me in a Yellow Bikini they are welcome to do so."

"I dont really think yellow is my colour though", he added.

The baby blimp of Sadiq Khan reportedly resembles a bikini-clad woman featured in a body shaming ad with "are you beach ready" written. The woman in that ad was also wearing a yellow bikini and the ad was banned by Khan after it was criticised.

The fundraising page also says that if the campaign raises extra money then it will be used to continue the anti-Khan campaign.

"Any surplus money raised will be used for a continuing campaign to remove Sadiq Khan from office and also for defending free speech which is constantly under attack."

In July, opponents of Donald Trump flew a six-meter blimp depicting the US president as an orange, snarling nappy-wearing baby just outside the British parliament as some Britons see Trump as crude, volatile, unreliable and opposed to their values on a range of issues.
