ABC scraps Priyanka Chopra's TV show 'Quantico'

American Broadcasting Company, ABC, has cancelled Priyanka Chopra starrer Quantico. 

According to reports, the latest season of the show, which premiered last month, will continue through mid-July.

As per Nielsen live-plus-same-day numbers, Quantico's rating comes up to 0.5 rating on an average in the 18-49 demo.

The show currently has close to 2.3 million total viewership. The show is already three episodes into its third season.

Apart from Quantico, the broadcasting network has also cancelled shows like Designated Survivor, Zach Braff’s comedy series Alex, Inc, The Crossing, Kevin (Probably) Saves the World, and The Mayor.

ABC, however, has renewed shows like The Goldbergs, The Good Doctor, Grey’s Anatomy, Modern Family, Speechless and Roseanne.

Meanwhile, American actor, producer and comedian Kal Penn reacted to the news and posted on Twitter asking Priyanka Chopra if she would like to do a movie together.

"Hey @priyankachopra let’s do a movie," read Penn's tweet.

Priyanka Chopra replied saying, "Done n done".
