Malaysia ends search of missing airline MH370

After more than four years of fruitless efforts to find the missing Malaysian airline MH370, Malaysian authorities will formally end the search of missing airline on Tuesday.

The Malaysian government will review the investigation after the search will be done.

Malaysia government has so far said that it has no plans to begin any new searches.

The second attempt of the search is being carried in May after Malaysia agreed in January to pay Ocean Infinity a US-based exploration firm to carry out the investigation if it finds the plane within 90 days. 

They are still conducting the operation in the Indian Ocean where experts believe that flight might have crashed.

The Boeing MH370 went missing in 2014 while flying from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to Beijing, China. There were 239 passengers on board.

Initial search operations were happening in South China Sea but after the analysts revealed that the plane diverted to South the search shifted to the Indian Ocean. There is no report why the pilot shifted from its route.

However, there is speculations that someone delibertaely switched off the transponder of the plane and diverted it over the Indian Ocean.

The company is conducting unpaid search operation and it would have recieved $70 million if it had found the weackage and both black boxes in 90 days which ends today.

The company, however, has asked for an extension till May 29.

Many pieces of the aircraft debris have also been collected from Indian Ocean islands and along Africa's east coast, with at least three confirmed as being from the missing plane.
