Virus fears are still eating away at Abidjan's diners

It was a rare moment of collective joy for young Ivorian Loraine Grea who celebrated her 24th birthday on Wednesday (May 20) in Abidjan with a small group of friends who all came in person. President Alas sane Ouattara eased the restrictions imposed to stop the spread of COVID-19 by allowing for the re-opening of restaurants, bars and open air eateries known as maquis.
