US President Joe Biden promises 'over-the-horizon monitoring' in Afghanistan

As the Americans made a hasty and a botched up exit from Afghanistan, US President Joe Biden promised 'over-the-horizon monitoring' to the war torn country. He even said that US will act quickly and decisively if their is a direct threat in the region.
