Typhoon Chanthu brings heavy rainfall to Taiwan, over 100 flights cancelled

Typhoon Chanthu unleashed powerful winds and heavy rain on eastern Taiwan on Sunday. Nearly 100 flights and ferries have been cancelled due to the typhoon.
