Sushma Swaraj: India's foreign policy is not dictated by foreign powers

Indian External Affairs minister Sushma Swaraj arrives in Tokyo on a three-day visit to Japan to attend Strategic Dialogue. She has issued a statement there that India's foreign policy is not dictated by any foreign power.
