Snow emergency in Washington DC

Winter has arrived in Washington DC with full throttle packing heavy snow and strong winds as the thick winter snow storm engulfed parts of the southeast and the mid-Atlantic region. Residents of Washington were forced to hit pause as was the president and other top government officials.
