Russian envoy backs India on Kashmir says, "No doubt on situation in Kashmir"

Commenting on the recent visit of envoys from various countries of Jammu and Kashmir, Russia said on Friday that they were not invited to visit the Valley as Moscow never doubted India's view on Kashmir.
