Rescuers finish drilling vertical shaft parellel to well where toddler is trapped

Miners completed drilling a shaft parallel to a deep well where a two-year-old toddler has been trapped since January 13, Angel Vidal, the head engineer of the search and rescue mission, said on Monday evening.
