Punjab CM Confirms Pakistan's link to Amritsar attack

Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh announced that the case of Amritsar attack has been solved and one person has been arrested in this regard. He said that the Punjab Police have identified culprits behind the grenade attack and have links from Pakistan.
