Prez-elect Ghani and Abdullah Abdullah swearing-in postponed

Afghan President-elect Ashraf Ghani has delayed his planned inauguration ceremony until the afternoon as his rival Abdullah Abdullah also postponed a scheduled competing swearing-in ceremony.
