More South Korean skaters say #MeToo following Olympic star's sexual assault case

A South Korean lawmaker along with a group representing athletes said on Monday that there are more allegations of sexual assaults by skating coaches following claims by Olympic champion Shim Suk-hee. Former national short track speed skating coach Cho Jae-beom was convicted of assaulting two-time Olympic champion Shim, 21, and jailed for 10 months in September. Shim alleges Cho had sexually assaulted her since 2014, when she was 17, according to a press release from her lawyers.
