Man rescues 70-year-old woman stuck in frozen river

The Samaritan, Shi Lei, found an elder falling into the river on his way to work. Without any hesitation, he rushed to the river bank & tried hard to break the ice bare-handed. The woman was frozen stiff and had no strength.
