Gujarat Titans script fairytale run to win maiden IPL title in debut season

Hardik Pandya-led Gujarat Titans defeated Rajasthan Royals by seven wickets in IPL 2022 final to cap off a fairytale run by clinching their maiden title in their debut season. The Titans were the most consistent team in the league stage and were the first to qualify for the playoffs before beating Rajasthan Royals twice in the knockout stage to win the elusive trophy for the first time.
