Golden Globes without glitz? This is what happened this year

It was a sullen night in Hollywood as far as Golden Globes is concerned as the Hollywood Foreign Press Association announced winners of this year’s Golden Globes without much fanfare. There was no media or celebrities in attendance for the event as it takes place for the first time since celebs boycotted the organisation for its discriminatory practices.
