Exhausted migrants sleep in Mexican park en route to US border

A group of Central American migrants travelling overland through Mexico to the northern border with the United States stopped at the Oaxacan town of Tapanatepec, resting at a local park ahead of the next leg of their journey. According to reports, more than 1,000 Central Americans are travelling through Mexico as part of the latest group of caravans. They are enduring sweltering temperatures exceeding 30 degrees Celcius (90 degrees Fahrenheit).
