Environmental crises in Texas led to dozens of hypothermia cases

Largest U.S oil refineries in Texas have released tons of air pollutants into the skies. The refineries had to shut their production to not let the air dilute with pollutants. These pollutants also resulted in Hypodermia which resulted in killing dozens of people. Pollutants which came from the Texas air originally got diluted from the Artic air and pollutants held responsible for the diseases.
