On Wednesday UK Conservative leadership candidates Boris Johnson and Jeremy Hunt faced their final hustings. In an eye-catching move Johnson brandished a kipper on stage, and said the plastic wrapping it was covered in was an example of European Union (EU) rules increasing business costs in the UK.
