A boatmen named Tarik Ahmed built Kashmir's first floating ambulance

A boatmen named Tarik Ahmed faced social stigma after testing positive for COVID-19 as nobody came forward to his rescue. He came up with an idea of launching a water ambulance in Dal Lake for people in need.
