37 Nations support China on human rights achievements in joint letter to UN

Ambassadors from 37 countries jointly sent a letter on Friday to the United Nations Human Rights Council, showing their support for China's achievements in protecting human rights in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The diplomats speak highly of China's efforts in combating extremism in Xinjiang, saying there has not been a single terrorist attack in the region over the past three years. They say in the letter that people there are enjoying a stronger sense of "happiness and fulfillment."
