Former Pakistani fast bowler Waqar Younis has taken a dig at India's 31-run defeat to England on Sunday at Edgbaston. 

England ended India's winning streak in the ongoing edition of World Cup, bolstering their own semi-final hopes. 

India's Rohit Sharma smashed a century and Kohli scored 66 but it was not enough as India lost the game. 

While Waqar Younis has criticised "sportsmanship" during India vs England match, a clash which will impact Pakistan's bid to reach the last four. 

After India's loss, Pakistan now has to win their last game against Bangladesh and hope for England's defeat against New Zealand.

On his official Twitter handle, Waqar wrote, "It's not who you are.. What you do in life defines who you are.. Me not bothered if Pakistan gets to the semis or not but one thing is for sure.. Sportsmanship of few Champions got tested and they failed badly #INDvsEND #CWC2019."

Currently, Pakistan are at number five with nine points in their eight matches, while England are at the fourth spot with ten points. 

Pakistan will next play against Bangladesh on July 5 and England will lock horns with New Zealand on July 3.
