Rishabh Pant gets ODI call against West Indies in Guwahati

Rishabh Pant received his maiden One-Day International call against West Indies in the first ODI of five-match series in Guwahati today.
India recently swept the two-match Test series, in which Pant impressed the spectators after a strong performance in the five-day games.

Pant took to Twitter to reveal his excitement, he wrote, "Always ready to give my 100 per cent on a cricket field. Cannot wait to take on the West Indies in the first ODI on Sunday!."

Pant received his ODI cap from world cup winning captain MS Dhoni.
He has been added as a specialist batsman to fill number five spot with Dhoni playing as the wicket-keeper.
The ODIs will be played in Guwahati (October 21), Indore (October 24), Pune (October 27), Mumbai (October 29) and Thiruvananthapuram (November 1).
