MS Dhoni's advice to Kedar Jadhav in Marathi leaves all-rounder 'surprised'

Former Indian skipper MS Dhoni's presence in the team is enough to shake the opponents. From finishing games to strategising ways to dismissing well-settled batsmen with his stumping at the drop of a hat, Dhoni can do almost everything.

During the fifth and final ODI against New Zealand, Dhoni surprised Kedar Jadhav by conversing with him in Marathi. 

On the stump mic, Dhoni was heard giving some advice to Jadhav in Marathi. The tip must have worked because India eventually won the match to clinch the five-match ODI series by a 4-1 margin. 

The video of the same is doing the rounds on the Internet.

Surprised but happy, Jadhav reacted to it through his official Twitter handle, "You always feel at home on foreign tours when @msdhoni is behind the stumps... But This moment came as a real surprise..."

On Sunday, India clinched the five-match ODI series through a clinical 35-run victory over the hosts. 

Spinner Yuzvendra Chahal clinched three wickets as India bundled out New Zealand for 217 in 44.1 overs. James Neesham top-scored for his side with 44 runs off 32 balls. 

Earlier, Ambati Rayudu anchored Indian innings after early blows to help the visitors post 252, after opting to bat, in Wellington. 

The two sides will now lock horns in the three-T20I series, starting February 6.
