Goal!!!
After a wait of three quarters there's finally some action the fans got to see. Pakistan scored a goal which could have been avoided by Malaysia. The game has not been so intriguing so far.
Rashid Mehmood out for 2 minutes. Pakistan down to 10-men. Earlier, a cross at the centre of Malaysian circle was missed by Pakistani striker. If he would have put his stick on time there will a chance of first goal of deflection.
Fazel holds the ball in the Pakistan's D but doesn't get any teammate in their and hence he loses the ball.
Malaysia keep coming as they are making frequent circle entries but brilliant defence from Paksitan evades a goal.
Pakistan enter into the Malaysian circle but a brilliant defense tackle from Malaysia keep the score line NIL-NIL.

In today’s second hockey match, four-time world champions Pakistan take on Malaysia in Bhubaneswar.
This game is crucial for both the teams to enhance their chances to get a place in cross-overs and the winner of today’s match will surely finish in top 3 in Pool D of Hockey World Cup 2018.
The only positive for Malaysia is their goalkeeper Kumar Subramaniam, who pulled off some stunning saves.
On the other hand, Pakistan gave a stiff challenge to Germany in their first match of Hockey World Cup 2018. Even though they lost 0-1 against the World Number 6 team, they did not go down without a fight.
