Kensville Open 2018 presented by PGTI underway in Ahmedabad

The Kensville Golf & Country Club is every golf aficionado’s dream come true.
The Kensville Golf & Country Club and the Professional Golf Tour of India (PGTI) are jointly staging the Kensville Open 2018 presented by PGTI at the Kensville Golf & Country Club near Ahmedabad from October 2, 2018. The tournament, which returns for its second edition, will go on till October 5 and carries a prize purse of Rs 40 lakh.
The tournament features some of the top Indian professionals such as Mukesh Kumar, Amardip Malik, M Dharma, Akshay Sharma, Aman Raj and Syed Saqib Ahmed, to name a few. The international challenge will be led by the Sri Lankan trio of Mithun Perera, Anura Rohana, and N Thangaraja and Australian Kunal Bhasin.
The local challenge will be led by two Ahmedabad-based players, professional Arshpreet Thind and amateur Lokinder Malik.
"We welcome all the players and PGTI officials for the second edition of the Kensville Open. Gujarat has emerged as a major golfing destination in the country over the last few years and we at Kensville seek to play a key role in further promoting the sport in the state through the staging of events such as the Kensville Open in partnership with the PGTI.
