Strength:

Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers are the core strength of RCB along with wonder kid of IPL, Sarfraz Khan. All three of them were retained before entering the auctions.

The arrival of Brendon McCullum, Quinton de Kock, all-rounders like Chris Woakes, Colin de Grandhomme and Corey Anderson will boost power hitting.

Also, Brendon McCullum will resolve the opener problem.

Experienced pacers like Umesh Yadav, Mandeep Singh, Tim Southee and Mohammad Siraj.

Spin department will be powered by Yuzvendra Chahal, Moeen Ali and Washington Sundar.

Availability of two wicketkeepers, Quinton de Kock and Parthiv Patel.

Addition of domestic stars Kulwant Khejroliya and Navdeep Saini.

The bench is very strong.
