IND vs ENG, 1st Test: India 110-5 at 3rd day close, need 84 to win
Virat Kohli's 43-run knock steadied India at stumps on the third day of the first Test against England at Edgbaston on Friday.
India started the second innings, chasing a 194-run target to win the match and were 110/5 in their second innings at third day's closing.
With five wickets in hand, Virat's team needs 84 runs to take a 1-0 lead in this five-match series.
That's stumps, another brilliant day!

India are five down, but Kohli is still there, 43* and looking imperious. They need another 84 to win when play resumes tomorrow. Will they get there?#ENGvIND SCORE ?https://t.co/jre8L0pd2t pic.twitter.com/R415tVBsr9
Earlier, Ishant Sharma's five-wicket haul helped India to restrict England to 180 in their second innings.
Sam Curran made 63, his maiden Test fifty coming in just his second match at this level.
His innings followed the 20-year-old Surrey left-arm swing bowler's Test-best return of four for 74 on Thursday.
This is England's 1,000th Test and the first of a five-match series.
