A man from Bhopal filed a case against Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan on Wednesday after he developed rashes from a shaving cream. 

Shah Rukh Khan was sent a notice after the man named Rajkumar Pandey filed the case in Bhopal consumer court claiming that the rash-giving shaving cream is endorsed by Shah Rukh Khan. 

According to a report, Rajkumar alleged that the Bollywood actor is misleading people by labelling the cream as “India’s number one”. 

The complaint states that the man developed rashes after using the shaving cream and had to get a medical treatment from a government hospital.

After studying the case, magistrate Kashinath Singh sent notices to Shah Rukh, the owner of the shaving cream company, a local shopkeeper and the director of Madhya Pradesh Food and Drugs Department.
