Kabul suicide bombing: Islamic State claims responsibility

Islamic State on Thursday claimed responsibility for a deadly suicide bombing that rocked a Shi'ite area of Afghanistan's capital Kabul on Wednesday.

The group accepted that one of its militants' was responsible for Wednesday's deadly suicide bombing.

According to Afghan authorities, the death toll from the attack, which hit an educational centre west of Kabul on Wednesday, was 34. At least 56 were reported injured.
