How Snapchat saved pregnant woman from committing suicide

Social media came to the rescue of a 20-year-old woman who wanted to end her life after discovering she was pregnant. She sent a message to a well-known Snapchat group saying she wanted to end her life by overdosing on drugs.

Inspiring messages by social media users from all over the world, asking her to be strong and consult a gynaecologist, ended up saving her life.

A few hours later, the girl posted an update saying she was grateful for the support she received and that she had visited a gynaecologist with her mother to deal with the problem.
