At least four people were killed and 20 others injured on Saturday morning in a car bomb explosion in Afghanistan's Ghazni Province, reports said.
The blast occurred at 4:30 am in Ab Band district of Ghazni.
More casualties are feared.
A suicide bomber drove a car full of explosives and targeted a district police headquarters.
