Hrithik Roshan, who portrayed the central character of Vijay Deenanath Chauhan in the film 'Agneepath', played the protective big brother to his younger sister Shiksha Chauhan. In the revenge action drama, their bonding and love was a refreshing part.

The sensitive, emotional story about the gay community and starred Juhi Chawla, Purab Kohli and Sanjay Suri who played the title role. The movie showed a bond between brother and sister. In the movie, Juhi played the role of Anamika, who supported his brother no matter what the situation is. 

Sanjay played the character of a homosexual man suffering from AIDS and Juhi as his sister Anu is the closest ally through this turbulent time. One of the early films that revolved around a same-sex love story, the film revolved around the taboos around AIDS. The film was critically well-received.

Dil

Super cool brother and sister!  The family drama 'Dil Dhadhakne Do' was completely different from a typical Bollywood film. The movie cast Ranveer Singh and Priyanka Chopra as perfect millionaire siblings Ayesha and Kabir Mehra,  who are dealing with their daily life troubles. nevertheless, they always back each other against their conservative parents.

Max and Shirley

Two superstars of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan and Aishwarya Rai played brother and sister in the 2000 film 'Josh'.  Max and Shirley Dias are two Christian siblings living in Goa, Max is a gang leader and is overprotective when it comes to her only sister Shirley, mischief and notorious girl.

Taking you decades back. In the movie, 'Hare Rama Hare Krishna' Bollywood superstars Dev Anand and Zeenat Aman played siblings. The movie turned a star-making vehicle for Zeenat, who played a westernized hippie, 

In the movie, Prashant and her sister Jasbir are separated and grow up in completely different circumstances. Prashant grows up with his mother to become a pilot whereas Jasbir is involved in hippie culture and things turned differently and Prashant eventually goes to find his sister.
