Looking back at some of the most outrageous looks from 2019 Met Gala

This year, the annual Met Gala event was added to the long list of events that have been cancelled because of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. As we all are missing the mega event, here's looking back at some over-the-top looks that were presented at the event last year. 

Last year Lady Gaga walked the red carpet in not one, not two, not three, but four different looks by Brandon Maxwell along with champagne, dancers, umbrellas and a flirty striptease.

 

Katy Perry brightened up the 2019 Met Gala red carpet in her chandelier look by Moschino by Jeremy Scott. She carried a Swarovski chandelier cage over her strapless dress that too was covered in Swarovski crystals.

Cardi B grabbed eye-balls in her custom Thom Browne gown with a matching headpiece that was made of a tulle and silk organza. 

Jared Leto showed up in the last year's pageant while carrying his own fake head along with his red Gucci gown look with a  crystal accessories.

Billy Porter arrived in an unforgettable manner last year, as he was carried on a black velvet lounger by six shirtless men as he wore a one-piece suit with 10-foot wings and a 24-karat gold headpiece.

Last year Ezra Miller took it to the next level as the actor and singer gave us optical illusion from his multiple sets of eyes on his face.

Last year, Priyanka Chopra turned up at the Met Gala in a dishevelled fairy look with fizzy but stunning hair, silver-frosted brows, lashes and raspberry eyeshadow and lips
